Who is this subsidy for?
The CARSAT ST subsidy is intended for companies with fewer than 50 employees. Regardless of your sector of activity, if you meet the following criteria, you are potentially eligible:
- Be affiliated with the general social security system
- Be up to date with your URSSAF contributions
- Have an up-to-date Single Document for Professional Risk Assessment (DUERP) (less than one year old)
- Not have already received more than 3 CARSAT subsidies between 2023 and 2027
- Not currently benefit from a prevention contract (or have had one in the last 2 years)
- Not be under a CARSAT injunction or rate increase
- Be accompanied by an occupational health and safety service (SPST)
- Have informed your staff representatives of your project

What types of projects can you get funding for?
The subsidy covers a wide variety of projects aimed at reducing professional risks. Here are the main categories:
1. Reduction of MSDs (musculoskeletal disorders)
- Purchase of ergonomic equipment (lifting tables, pallet trucks, exoskeletons, etc.)
- Diagnostics and workstation adjustments
- Training in gestures and postures
2. Fall prevention
- Securing work at height areas
- Lifelines, guardrails, secured step ladders
- Organization of circulation
3. Reduction of chemical risks
- Ventilation of workstations
- Capture of fumes or dust at the source
- Secure storage of hazardous products
4. Reduction of noise and psychosocial risks (PSR)
- Acoustic treatment of premises
- Support from specialized consultants in PSR prevention
Good to know: some equipment is strictly required to be new and compliant with European standards (CE).
What amount can you obtain?
The subsidy can cover up to 50% of your expenses (excl. VAT), with a cap of €25,000 per year per company.
Funding conditions:
- The minimum investment amount is €2,000 (excl. VAT)
- The equipment must be new (second-hand or rented equipment is not covered)
What are the steps to apply?
- Create or log in to your account on net-entreprises.fr
- Select the desired subsidy in the "Offre de prévention" section
- Reserve your subsidy (within the limits of the available budget)
- Prepare the documents to provide:
- Detailed invoices or quotes
- URSSAF regularity certificate
- Company bank details (RIB)
- Single Document for Professional Risk Assessment
Do not make any purchases before receiving written approval from CARSAT. Subsidies are allocated in the order of receipt of applications, and budgets are limited.
