Identification labels for food traceability of control samples, ideal for HACCP implementation. The label allows for self-monitoring of control dishes by identifying useful information: product description, day, date and time of control sample collection, name of the person responsible, and the best-before date. White water-soluble adhesive label. Good adhesion, dissolves in water in less than 30 seconds, leaves no glue residue, does not adhere to already frozen products. Dispenser box of 220 water-soluble labels 85 x 32 mm. Resistant to cold and humidity. Usage temperatures: -40°C to +100°C
