Structure made of Duralinox – 20-micron anodized aluminum. Cold resistance down to -40°C. Optimal maintenance with removable, highly resistant, machine-washable polymer shelves. Shelf depth of 56 cm, compatible with Gastronorm and 600 x 400 mm formats. Total accessibility for optimized storage. Crossbar-free design for a continuous loading surface. Optimized storage volumes thanks to level adjustment (pre-drilled holes every 150 mm). Easy shelving assembly and level adjustment, without tools. Composite jacks provided to adjust flatness. Very stable storage shelf. Maximum load: 175 kg per level (with an evenly distributed load). Shelf manufactured in France, meeting food safety standards, NF "Food Hygiene" and NSF "Food Equipment" certified.
