Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

We offer the following shipping options:
Standard: Delivery within 15 business days.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the order's weight, destination, and selected shipping option.
Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.
4. Delivery Zones
Domestic: We ship within a 100km radius.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order via our website or on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
6. Delivery Issues
Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, customs, etc.).
Loss or Damage: If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at contact.hygirea@gmail.com with your order details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Discover the RENAISSANCE range, a collection of glass tableware with a simple and elegant design, conceived to create a harmonious table setting and highlight various dishes.
The range comes in four complementary formats:
- Dessert plate: Ø 20 × H. 1.5 cm
- Dinner plate: Ø 25.3 × H. 1.8 cm
- Large dinner plate: Ø 29 × H. 2.2 cm
- Bowl: Ø 13.6 × H. 5.2 cm
These different formats allow you to create a coordinated service for plating appetizers, main courses, desserts, and sides.
