Cette machine à glaçons professionnelle avec réserve intégrée est conçue pour assurer une production régulière de glaçons dans les bars, restaurants, hôtels, cafés et établissements de restauration.
Son système de fabrication par aspersion produit des glaçons pleins au format Gourmet, d’un poids d’environ 16 à 18 g. Elle offre une capacité de production pouvant atteindre 30 kg de glaçons par 24 heures et dispose d’une réserve intégrée de 6 kg, permettant de conserver les glaçons disponibles pendant le service.
Le refroidissement est assuré par condensation à air. La machine intègre également un filtre anti-calcaire ainsi qu’un système de remplissage de l’eau par pulvérisation.
Sa construction associe un extérieur en acier inoxydable à un intérieur thermoformé. Le panneau avant aimanté et amovible facilite l’accès aux composants lors des opérations d’entretien et de maintenance.
Compacte, elle s’intègre facilement dans une zone de préparation ou derrière un comptoir. Elle est livrée avec 4 pieds réglables permettant d’ajuster sa stabilité lors de l’installation.
