Shipping fees are calculated based on the order's weight, destination, and selected shipping option.

Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

4. Delivery Zones

Domestic: We ship within a 100km radius.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your order via our website or on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

6. Delivery Issues

Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, customs, etc.).
